The Board of Directors is accountable to Heartland's shareholders for the overall governance and performance of the company.

Heartland is governed by a strong Board, chaired by Geoffrey Ricketts. Our directors bring a wealth of financial services experience and business knowledge gained during successful careers at executive and board level. They represent and serve the interests of the shareholders, and together oversee and appraise the company's strategy, policy and performance.
